Palate: Again plums with coffee undertones. Silky
tannins with magnificent length of flavour finishing in a tart black
olive twist.

2005 CABERNET MERLOT Colour:
Deep red in colour.
Aroma: Blackberry, dark cherry, lifted raspberry
from 5% Cabernet Franc, plum with hints of mint, cinnamon spice
and vanillin oak characters.
Palate: Dark berries, chocolate, moccha, plum and
vanilla. A beautifully balanced full palate finishing with fine
grainy tannins.
