After last year’s success, Murrindindi Winemakers will again celebrate Aussie Wine Month, the country’s biggest annual celebration of Australian wine.

Aussie Wine Month, now in its sixth year, encourages wine drinkers to discover the diversity, quality and regionality of our local wines, and share their discoveries by including #AussieWineMonth in their social media posts.

‘Aussie Wine Month is important for shining a spotlight on the incredible wine being produced on our doorstep’, said Sonja Herges, chair of Murrindindi Winemakers.
‘We know Australians love A...ussie wine but what Aussie Wine Month is all about is discovering something new to love, whether it’s the wines of an emerging region, a new winemaker or a grape variety they’ve never tasted before.’

‘This year seven local wineries in the Acheron and Yea Valley will be joining the celebrations on 6th – 7th May. Take the scenic drive through our picturesque valleys and meet your local winemakers.’
A full list of local wineries participating Aussie Wine Month events including tastings, luncheons and live music can be found on the map.

We hope to raise a glass to Aussie Wine Month with you!
