Technical notes: 50% Pinot Noir 50% Merlot, harvested and immediately crushed and basket pressed with the resultant juice racked to 225L French oak barriques. The wine was then fermented to dryness then racked again to French oak barriques where it was aged for a further 12 months.

Appearance: Light ruby red.

Aroma: Berry fruits, strawberry and plums.

Palate: This is a dry wine style Rosé. It has berry fruit platter characteristics with melon-like undertones. Best expressed when slightly chilled. A lovely appetizer or Sunday afternoon wine to be enjoyed with an antipasto or fruit platter.
