Open Cellar was a beautiful weekend! It was so great that it was possible to go ahead this year and welcome everyone back after missing last year due to COVID. The sun was shining and the beautiful autumn colours against the blue sky was a feast for the eyes. Wonderful wines were tasted, food was shared and fun was had by all, including the toy poodle Midnight. Thanks to all who joined us and look forward to seeing you all again soon.

Thanks to everyone who came along to our wine weekend. As always it was great to open the doors and have people come along, picnic, and enjoy the wonderful views and fresh air. Autumn is such a lovely time at the vineyard and the yellow leaves and blue skies make for a lovely vista. See you next time!

Open Cellar Day 2018
Picnic, Jazz and Open Cellar was great again this year, a real highlight in the calendar. People came, tasted wine, chatted, laughed and enjoyed the sunshine. Even the kids had fun decorating the wine barrel with chalk. Here are some favourite pics from the day.

Once again we are hosting our Open Cellar day as part of the Murrindindi Wine Weekend. Eight local wineries will open their cellar doors to showcase their wines on what promises to be a fun weekend.
Come along to Mt Cathedral Vineyards, BYO picnic and listen to Jazz with the spectacular view of the vines and the rocky face of Mount Cathedral.
Take a scenic drive through our picturesque valleys and meet your local winemakers. A full list of participating local wineries can be found on the map.

Hong Kong International Wine and Spirits Fair 2017
Just got back from the Hong Kong International Wine and Spirits Fair 2017. A great chance to meet some wonderful people in a vibrant and amazing city. Hong Kong is renowned for it's wonderful international food scene and we make our wines with food in mind, a great meal with a great wine is a great night. To those we met, cheers!
Truffle Degustation and Local Wine Pairing Dinner 2017
The 2017 Truffle Degustation dinner was held at Terra Cotta in Healsville. Buses picked up people from local B&Bs and hotels and the night was another great success. We had a chance to hear from the local wine makers and sample a lot of local wines paired to a great meal. This year Mount Cathedral featured our 2016 Chardonnay and our 2013 Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon. It was a great night.

Buxton Black Truffle Degustation Dinner with Matched Local Wines
We are excited once again to be participating in the Buxton Black Truffle Dinner with 5 courses matched to local wines. Last time the food and wine was amazing and it was a memorable evening. There aren't many tickets left but if you are looking for a great night out, come and join us at the Vibe Hotel in Marysville Saturday August 6th.
